Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any Boab Living order at no charge as long as it hasn't yet been dispatched from our Teneriffe studio. We aim to dispatch most orders within one business day, so please get in touch as soon as possible.

How to cancel

Email hello@boabliving.com or call +61 483 901 455 with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

If your order has already shipped

Once an order is in transit we can no longer cancel it. You're welcome to return the item under our 30-day Refund Policy once it arrives.

Custom and personalised orders

Custom or personalised pieces enter production immediately and can only be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. After that point they are final sale unless faulty.
