These terms govern your use of boabliving.com and any purchases you make from Boab Living. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
About us
Boab Living is an Australian homeware studio based at Unit 30, 70 Vernon Terrace, Teneriffe QLD 4005. You can reach us at hello@boabliving.com or +61 483 901 455.
Pricing and payment
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- Title to goods passes to you once full payment has been received and the order has been dispatched.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we'll refund any payment received in full.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
Shipping, returns and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including product photography, designs, text and the Boab Living name — is owned by Boab Living and protected by Australian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boab Living's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory consumer guarantees are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
