Refund Policy

At Boab Living we want you to be genuinely happy with every piece you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for refund unless faulty.
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only.

How to request a refund

Email hello@boabliving.com with your order number and a brief description of why you're returning the item. We'll respond within two business days with a return address and instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 1–3 business days), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including any return shipping costs — in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
