Shipping Policy
All Boab Living orders are packed and dispatched from our studio at Unit 30, 70 Vernon Terrace, Teneriffe QLD 4005. We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and trusted courier partners.
Processing time
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times
- Brisbane metro: 1–3 business days
- QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT: 3–6 business days
- SA, TAS, WA, NT and regional areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may be affected by weather, public holidays or carrier delays. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. We currently ship within Australia only.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or if it arrives damaged, please email hello@boabliving.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
